Car is dead, i need to know if to replace engine (its around $600 with work) or just sell it for parts for $400?

My main concern is body frame if it was perfect i would keep car and just invest some into it, but frame is stagger on uneven road it makes sound like gravel hitting car, but its actually sound body frame makes. And my front panel right on top of radio started to make squeaking noise on uneven road. Like body is weakened or something, but car haven't been in serious accidents you can tell by looking at it under hood etc, body frame is solid.
What could cause that?

If the frame and body look fine they you should be good. Old cars make noises.

10 years isnt old, i used to have 15 years old car and there were no noise.

It only happens on uneven road like this, and sound is like gravel hitting bottom of car on the sides, maybe rust in suspension causing this noise, cuz brake disks are rusted for some reason i am not sure why.

Happens on uneven road when wheels are like this.

Worn ball joints can make it sound like the floor is twisting and popping or something is hitting the underside of the car.

i get some rattling sounds when i steer. it's because my steering rack bushings r shot and my mounts gets loose. u might wanna check that out if there's some free play in the steering with the car off.
