If he were caught doing that, what do you think the penalty would be?

And on an off-topic (this is the right forum, right?) what do you guys think of the mazda RX7´s? My friend has one that he fixed up and I really like it, and I´d like to do the same, but I´m concerned about getting parts for it if anything would happen to it... can I find parts fairly eaisly? Are they reliable? I´d ask over at the RX7 boards, but of course they´re biased, and so are you guys, but this feels a little more like home *wipes tear*

Kinda like when you´re mountain biking (thats what I do for my real excitement, because my scort can get the nice acceleration and handling, so I go out biking
) and it´s like doing a fireroad and just hanging on for dear life when your eyer are watering over and you´re getting speed wobbles... it´s a beautiful thing *wipes tear*

siragan: RX7s are somewhat reliable. i´ve never driven one so i can´t say from personal experience just how reliable they are.
I know somewhere between 92 and 98 (i believe the last year they imported them,) Mazda lost its ass to warranty claims because the rotory engines are nervous little buggers, Wankel engines don´t have good sealing between the combustion chambers so coolant tends to start leaking through and gets burnt off. Thats why they stopped importing the RX7s. But if you have the time and money you can get much much better sealants and gaskets. If i could find one, and if i had the money, I´d like to have one too. you can put twin turbos on those cars and make them take out Vipers, seriously.
Play your cards right and you could be putting 500 hp to the ground in a light weight car. They weigh less than the 2nd gen EGTs I´m sure.
