You could make the turbo work. But the head will not work.
The computer, injectors and VAM will work on a 1st gen escort, but not 2nd.

Why don't you just swap the engine, tranny, and drivetrain? You'd have a mehrkur that isn't so damn heavy.

And no... nothing will work.
