I have some, but they are rusty. They can be cleaned up though, and you can have them... just pay shipping.

Laser ones? Huh I have some here but they are rusty too and starting to crumble and they don't hold good now really wanted rust free ones.

yeah, the rear garnish piece that I have from the Ford Laser(replaced the rear reflector) has different style nuts on them. They are a better design, and rust free. But you would pay a pretty penny trying to import them. Just grab a rusty set off of a junker, and have someone bead blast the rust off, and then paint them.

If I were to replace mine I'd replace them with new stainless steel ones. And I'm no sure why they would have to be acorn style nuts either.

Well I can't even find regular ones let alone stainless steel ones if you don't use something like an acorn nut then the plastic screw posts hang out the acorn nut covers the tips of the screws that is why I was going for an acorn nut.

Then you are going to the wong hardware stores. you should be able to buy regular ones that will rust away again if you shop at the right (Ace Hardware).
