    Hey everyone i need to know what wires u need to keep to run the car i wanna get rid of all the wires that i do not need if someone knows every wire and could tell me step by step for each wire or somthing so i can get rid of all the mess and everything i do not need for it to be a race car thanks

    its a process of elemenation get a manuel and go from there probally take about 3 hrs i think it took off about 15 to 20 pounds of wiring mine is stripped completely except for motor, fuel, and gage cluster

    i have a manual but im not very good at readin the wiring diamgrams thats why im askin for help

    i didnt use a mnauel either just start from the rear andf work ur way to the front just dont touch the wires that go from fuel pump or from the computer and ignition

    I took ALL my un needed wiring out of my car. It took me and a buddy about a day to do it. Like dirttrackracer25 said, its all done by process of elimination. cut a wire and start the car, cut a wire start the car. Do that and as long as the car starts your good. just remember there are 2 wires fromt he rear that need to be twisted together for your fuel cut off switch. I also did the wires under the dash and under the hood that way too. I dropped about 30 lbs out of my car by doing it.

    I think if you read the Electrical and Vacuum Troubleshooting Manual until you understood it; - then removing all of the un-needed wires would only take about a month of 12 hour days!
