Yep I can help ya there. the first this to do is remove the windshield wipers arms and all. pry off the caps and take the nut off should be a 10 mm. Next look at the plastic cowl. there are 6 or 7 plastic inserts - take those out and remove the bolts/screws. there make be a few that use a Torx driver so have some handy. next is the aluminum retainer on the bottom about 3 feet long. take the bolts out and pull it off. If the windshield adhesive is holding it in you may need to warm it up a bit with a heat gun. try not to bend it as you need to reuse it. the black plastic strip around the outside is the next to go. This is darn near impossible to reuse if you stretch it you can throw it away. My advice get a new one from ford. btw most places don´t include this piece in the price. now that the strip is out of the way get ready for some fun. at this point stop and put masking tape over the windshield vents. (trust me on this if you break the thing taking it out it is annoying and dangerous to have small shards of flying glass when you turn on the vents.) get a roll of windshield wire. if you can´t find that piano wire is a good substitute. start at one of the top corners and find a way to get the wire through the adhesive I got sick a messing around and broke out a chunk in the corner to make it easy. use the wire to saw around the window. the hand inside the car should stay close to the windshield keeping the wire at a right angle to the edge of the window. the hand out side should also be against the car and window keeping the wire parallel with the edge of the window. so the sides and top first, the go after the bottom. this is where you can break the window. If you can´t cut across the bottom cover the hood with an old blanket get in the car and use your feet to push the top of the window out. use a chisel that is heated to cut the bottom. After that use a chisel to clean the surface. put the adhesive on lay the window in place and then very quickly put the new black plastic strip around it sliding the window as needed to make it fit. Cheat the window to the top as much as you can to prevent leaks. then put the metal strip back on. There should be a rubber piece that came off with it, don´t forget to put it back on. put the cowl back on and the wipers let it sit for a day and bingo good to go. this sounds worse than it is. It took me about an hour and a half to get from start to finish. good luck and let me know if you have any questions.
