shakes like crazy, jacked it up and the whole wheel moves left and right, is it the tierods? or anything else?

Could be inner or outer tie rods, wheel bearings, ball joints or bad rack mounts. Ball joints and rack mounts less likely.

How many miles are on the car?
How many miles are on the outer tie rod ends?
