I have described on here before how my 95 would not start. I had the ignition switch replaced.
Then, I was told the starter was the problem, and it was replaced.
It will not start again! It's the same noise-turn the key and you can hear the fuel pump, and a "plink" in the engine bay.
All three times it made the same noises, and would not start.
    The battery is good.
What is my next step here? I thought it was the ig switch to it back because they guarenteed their work, and got the starter. Now, Im afraid to take it back and be told its something else.
    Suggestions please???

Check links between starter and battery. The "plink" may be the solenoid clicking, but if there is no connection between the starter to the battery, it won't spin.

Solenoid acts as a relay along with pushing the starter gear into the flywheel. If no power reaches the "input" on the relay, nothing will come from the "output" to the motor, even if the starter signal reaches the solenoid.

    That'd be my next step!

Just a note, ground a volt meter's negative probe, and then touch the positive battery post. Reading less than 12? Charge the battery. If it's over 12, continue...

Keep it grounded, probe the "input" (thick red wire) on the solenoid bolt. If you're reading less than 12 volts, you're probably looking at a bad wire. Reading 0, then you've probably got a burned out fusible link, or disconnection somewhere.

That should give you a good start.

I think he posted this same thread somewhere else. The problem was traced down to a bad connection at the starter IIRC.
