Sweet Falcon....my old 'Bird
Back in the escort game with a 97 wagon.
As soon as I get it back from the shop, I'll get pics. Gotta get it inspected right away.
What are your plans for the wagon?
Someone gave me an AE92 Toyota Corolla DX 4 door sedan. Seriously thinking of swapping the All-Trac system from a AE92 Corolla All-Trac wagon I found in the yard.
I think it would be sweet to have an AWD sedan to freak out the Subi kids!
Impulse buy off FB market place, $200 15 mins down the road, couldn't pass'em up. 15x7 205/50/15. Toyo proxes RR slicks
It's just gonna be a parts hauler. I need to do some work to get it inspected - needs a strut, tie rod end, transmission mount, and the muffler is noisy.
Looks like the tires on my cars, when I'm done with them. No good in the rain.
Got some goodies from RockAuto: transmission mount, inner tie rod end for driver side, strut for driver side, wiper blades, and valve cover gasket. Now to find time to do it all...
What brand is the trans mount? How does it look for quality?
Little gift for my lil wagon. New pair of Escort headlights with new bulbs E-Bay $45 shipped. Link below
They look great. I'm thinking about ordering a set for my car before they are unobtainable.
It's the cheapest one I could get. It says "auto extra" on the box. Honestly looks really good to me.
Got a pair of 6x8 speakers but they don't fit in the back. poop.
I believe the rear speakers are 5x7

I changed the fuel filter and fuel pump, as the pressure was too low and failed to rise as manifold vacuum decreased, causing poor drivability and starting. I tested the old pump and it only put out 18 psi.
The "new" junkyard one would peg my 60 psi gauge so it got the green light, and the car is back together and running like a chump, er, champ.
