Ok so I have a 94 escort and my air is hot now. I did notice the cooling fan the one that cools the radiator and condenser doesn't go to the high setting. That fan works it will come on but only run normal speed. Im wondering if the pressure switch on the high side of the A/C controls that? If it doesn't than what does? Anybody know? Thanks for any advice.

the relays that control the fans two speeds are known for failing. you can get new ones from ford (they ain't cheap), risk getting junkyard ones that might be bad as well, or replace them with off-the-shelf standard relays, which requires some wiring work.

by the way, what year is your Capri RS?
