i just recently got an 89 escort LX, 2dr 1.9L EFI, i was wondering what i can do to make the outside look better then it does, besides swapping bumpers with an 89 GT, if there is anything let me know
What can i do?

ahhh, 1G´s are just sexy the way they are...look at Shiny Blue.
Okay, try wheels, lower it, paints for the lenses, paint-job, tint the windows, fab a grill...
check out ScortGT, Brian cut three triangular holes in his hood like the supra on F&F...it looks AWESOME. Same thing he molded a new rear brake light into the trunk body. And as well agree, Shaved is better ;-)
