...but it gets the idea through. i did these minor mods in MS Paint :-]

background behind it: i got new rims (as seen in my showcase) which have some okay quality all seasons wrapped around them, but i was never able to sell my old 7 spoke aluminum stock rims. i´ve decided to paint them (they´re majorly chipped/scratched up), and black, white, or gold (like scoobies) were in my thoughts. white i´m kinda ixnay-ing on because it wouldn´t be good with my caymen-green/teal color, but black is looking pretty sweet (even from my poor quality pics here ;-) ) i popped on some clear corners for the heck of it too :-]

the pics are in 640x480, but look better even smaller, my digi cam 5uX0r5, and this was the best i could do for the first time ever trying something like this, and given only MS Paint to do so.

so enough of my rambling, time to unveil:

BEFORE

AFTER clear corners

AFTER AFTER clear corners, black-ish stock 7 spoke rims

let me know what you think!

also, i have a request: if someone would be so kind (and if you have the time), could you take the first clear corners pic and make the rims gold, scoobie style? (still 7 spoke ones), and, if possible with the angle and such, put an WRX hood scoop on? (this is quite optional, it´ll be a long time till i do that) thxs in advance to anyone! :-D

I´m not that crazy about the black wheels, but that´s just me I guess.
Personally I think they would look a lot better on your car in white, or maybe gold.

If I had a black GT, this is what I would do. (pay attention siragan ;-) ) Tint the windows 35%, put on headlight covers, AVS rain guards, Black Enkei rims, paint the brake calipers Red, and then take off the orange/red reflectors on the back of the car...in other words... Completely black out the car. i get nervous when I pull up to cars like this. I love the look of it though... makes me feel like I´m going to get my ass kicked in a race. :-]
lol james, though that would be sweet, as long as the rear is smooth after the reflectors are off. i´d also add very thin neon green pinstriping too.

but anyhoo, i did some more MS Paint-ing during my work lunch hour, and here´s the result:

Already got the AVS rainguards
Tinting comes this summer when I fix the rust
Rims I´ll probably never do... sorry too expensuv :(
Plan on painting the calipers sometime this summer
Plan on tinting all the lights on the car, along with my BMW E36 angeleye conversion

Tinted lights on a black car looks pimp, and yes, I will do this. Everything will be a shade of black :)

I´ll even come down to Ft wayne to kick yer ass :-]
