Congrats to Rubens Barrichello on his firs pole at Interlagos, in fact the first sign of any luck there in 11 tries. He has finished only once ther. Let´s hope his luck holds up til Sunday afternoon! Also Way to go Mark Webber, getting the 3rd spot on the grid after the fastest time in Friday qualifying, In a Jaguar!
Mark is my Qualifier of the day! Trulli did a great job too. MS, WTH is up over there? :-]

F1.
Sorry to be so obscure, I just like to blabber on about it and usually the ones who know what I am talking about, like Foxy, are the only ones who care. Every other weekend there is a race, this one the Brazilian GP, Rubens is the Ferrari Teammate to Michael Schumacher(MS) Interlagos is the city where the track is. Hey, maybe this is abit like yer l33t 5p34k :-W I can have a conversation about taking overthe world with Foxy right under your noses. BWOO HOO HOO HAA HAAaaaaaaa...

Anyhoo, I will invariably wag on every race weekend so there you are warned. Anytime you see me going on about what appears to be some kind of racing , you´ll know it is F1, cuz it´s the only sport I like. So just nod and mutter"It´s just Brad blithering about F1 again." then go about your day. In other words, you can ignore the crazy old man

pics here :-? :-?

:-( Brad, Brad, Brad!!! You spoke too soon - can´t believe what I saw: total disaster. Poor Rubens - I thought he had it ´in the bag this time!´

What a stupid decision to take only one style of ´wets.´ Totally irresponsible imho and puts drivers in jeopardy - certainly didn´t save many teams money. I do hope Alonzo will be ok -such an accident should never have happened. The Brazilian track officials should be locked up for insanity - whoever heard of ´rivers´ running across the race track? Martin Brundle said that the drainage ditch causing the trouble was coming from the hospitality facilities - someone should have told those being entertained to stop pulling the loo-chain, they were flooding the track each time they took a leak!!!!

Seriously though, it was very lucky no-one was killed today - speaks volumes for the strength of the ´driver´s pod.´

Look forward to your ´review´ - won´t be on-line much for the next week as computer down - am using borrowed laptop when I can.

Anyhow - nuff said - hope next race is more satisfactory - FOR FERRARI AHHHH:-Y

From your unbiased? F1 reporter. :-]

(PS: Tried to send you a private message, got "Don´t like you, nice try!")

WRC is the only motorsport I can really partake in watching. Its just something about seeing a guy flip a $200,000 rally car around a corner sideways at 90 mph in either snow or loose gravel that´s exhilerating, even if you´re not in the car. ;-)

On friday the FIA is going to hold a meeting to review if Fisichella did win they think that he had started his 56 lap before the race was stopped
Wouldnt it be cool if jordan won that race Eddie needs money so bad and a sponsor would be great for them also. If you want video highlights of the race go here http://www.angelfire.com/movies/f1seasons/. The second link is the press release about the meeting on friday

:-D Thanks for the links - It would be terrific news for Jordan - am crossing fingers for them! What a cock-up the race was, but boring it most certainly wasn´t! Glad Alonzo appears to be reasonably OK - what a scary accident that was! :-(

Thats the way it should have been, Jordan desperately needed this win. And for those of you who havent watched the highlights of that race you are missing out.
