here we go. finally got it to work.
Picked her up for 900$. It's got high miles of 250xxx when I got it. It currently has around 275xxx now. A/C works pretty good for its age. Heater works good when it gets warm. Still need to get a housing and thermostat. Good thing is the whole time I've owned it. It hasnt burned any oil. Every time I check it it's full! Only thing I've done is paint the rims white. Repainted the brake drums. Due to a wheel cylinder blowing out. The previous owner painted the car. And the calipers and drums so I had to repaint the drum bec the brake fluid ruined it.. The suspension was shot to hell. And the guy I bought it from said he would trust it to drive across the country. Not! I replaced the struts and springs with the Monroe quick strut assembly. Replaced ball joints, tie rod ends, and eventually inner tie rods. The steering was so horribly loose I actuall almost went into a ditch bec everything was so worn out. I swear it was original. I replaced the cv axle boots with the cheap quick boot assembly. I know it's cheap but so far it's holding good and looks cool! Although the blue doesn't match the car. Other things I've done is replace the other back wheel cylinders and both shoes. Bled the brakes etc. She drives great and I usually get around 30 mpg, without the a/c. Although it has been less recently due to cold weather. And winter blend gas. It also came with brand new cheapy cd player with hd radio. And Sony explodes in front and rear. The previous owner installed the back speakers in the trunk tray thing the thing that lifts up that you can remove from the car (i cant remember the name). It looks pretty cool. I've also removed the air intake silencer and removed the muffler. So far it's my work it progress. I'll post more pics soon.
loose steering is usually due to work steering rack mount bushings. i replaced mine with some polyurethanes from zxtuner.com for $10 before shipping.
Lol I forgot to mention I replaces the rack mount bushings as well. The things that contributed to the loose steering were the ball joints, inner and outer tie rods. And the struts were bad as the car wouldn't take bumps well at all. All new parts fixed her right up. They were worn out pretty bad. Also forgot to mention is the previous owner had the windows professionally tinted, but not professional enough bec when they did the back window. I guess they cut all the little lines in the rear defroster to bec only two lines heat up on the whole window. And there. Of even next to each other, there's a broken line in between them. Not sure if thats what caused it or not. But it def won't work. I'll post more pics of my rims and whatnot later on today.

painted rims with painted drums. the drums were originally painted the red on the car but a blown wheel cylinder made me have to repaint them. so i think they look pretty cool. Even tho it doesn't match the car and front calipers.
yes this rim is missing the little center cap. the other three have them, thank god.
my rear speaker setup: which btw sounds pretty good.
The original owner decided to cut two huge holes in it to mount the rear 6x9 Sony explodes. Then extend the wires from the old ones to the new ones.

Put in a new thermo housing. And radiator, and got my heater to work again! Hallelujah, bec I don't like the cold that much.
Car looks nice. is it manual or auto?
Sadly it's an auto. I'm hoping to delete the power steering and possibly the ac as well.
