I'm still around, although I dont visit this site as often as I used to. You may spot me in and around the Williamsburg and surrounding areas, or flying down I-64 between exits 234 and 205 (work route). My car wouldn't be hard to identify; Its a red 93 GT with dark windows, lowered, with 17 inch wheels and FEOA stickers on both rear side windows as well as the front and rear bumpers. My hood is a dented, maroon junkyard replacement due to an encounter with one of the 3,489,561,875 deer that seem to frolick between my house and work. Any locals know of a decent place to get some affordable paint and body work done?

Well, I need a good hood for starters, but after shipping and paint, they are quite expensive. I was considering a carbon fiber hood on ebay that sells for $200, shipping included. The front end damage done by the deer was mainly cosmetic....I had to replace the lights, radiator, hood and AC condensor. The radiator support was bent up pretty good and I straightened it out best I could by pulling and prying on it, but there are gaps in places around the headlights and corner lights that I just cant get to line up right. The hood fits a bit snug between the fenders at the front, near the corner lights too. Other than that, there are just minor dents and dings.....the body side molding has been glued on a couple of times and needs taken off or replaced, the window trim is peeling and there is a small dent in the roof, as well as small checks in the paint that look like surface rust on the roof. The rest of the body is in pretty good shape. My car is Cardinal Red, but any bright red would do for me...it would be nice to have a good finish again. I'd really like to add an Evo front bumper before painting it, but not sure how to go about getting one these days, and Im not too familiar with the currently available kits sold on ebay.
