So what you got there is a Eighth gen Mercury Cougar with a trubo ?
Cool car regardless, and 1/4 times or slips ?
Cougar was based off the European platform with a 2 stage intake Duratec V6, this is still an Escort, same Japanese BG chassis as mid 90's Escort but with a Mazda 4 stage intake V6 (VRIS) and a much higher rev limit (9,000rpm). I had issues with pump E85 consistency and lately I have been mixing 93 with E85 for E50 and tuning to that. Let's just say it's in the low 11 range possibly 10 if I throw slicks on, traction still an issue at 80mph and haven't been able to get past 16psi on the 66mm turbo because of the traction issues on the street. It needs more track time to dial in, but I will have to de-tune it to run no faster then 11.5 1/4mi and keep it under 150mph if I want to keep my interior the way it is, if you know the rules then you should understand why.

Maybe I left out some important info, the car does not get enough traction to pull full boost, it still breaks traction with 16psi (66mm turbo) at 80mph on warm R888R's. I have yet to tune the higher boost levels because breaking traction loses load which is what builds psi. When I was at the track with a bad batch of E85 I was able to get good traction but the poor fuel quality wouldn't let me past 6 or so psi. This year I am tuning a mix of 93oct and E85 for an E50 blend, but heavier on the E85 because stations around me have 70% blends currently. I am doing this only to get more consistency in the fuel quality since the E85 is different between stations and seasons, I also have a flex fuel sensor with gauge so I know where it's at. When I went down the 1/4 last year I had to let off in 2nd gear around 6,000rpm instead of 8,000rpm then halfway in 3rd gear then coasted in idle the last half and still got low 14's. When I had my speedometer do acceleration calculations on the street, which is GPS based, I was running 4.3 sec 0-60mph. Once I get my high boost tuned at the track I will get a dyno pull, and expect around 700whp or more somewhere near 8,000rpm with these custom cams. Also my car weighs about 2,450lbs, I last weighed it a couple years ago it was 2,500lbs and since then I removed the full stainless steel exhaust with muffler and resonator, and the new forged pistons and rods also weigh less. I was stating 150mph in the 1/4 because it is possible once I can get 26psi or higher by the 1/8th mile marker, remember this isn't your typical pee-wee high school turbocharger and I am traction handicapped the first half, I'm probably already touching 11's with just 16psi.
