If there are any of you out there who are getting Way more than you need from your tax return I can help you do something useful with it. Help me raise enough money to go back to school. This isn´t a joke. Any money donated will go toward school realated expenses. I will be setting up an accout soley for school money, and I am currently working on a website to keep everyone who has donated informed of how their money is being used. And incase you were wondering, Beer and pizza are not considered a school related expenses. Also incase you were wondering I am planning on going to School at Westwind School of Aeronautics in Phoenix (http://www.iflywestwind.com), pursuing a carrer as a comercial pilot.

Ahh finally someone who shares both of my passions, scorts and becoming a commercial pilot. Unfortunatly I can´t help you out with the money either. (I´m also trying to muster up enough dough to go). I did recieve my financial aid award letter in the mail the other day though. The grand total, including government loans, was over 18,000 dollers! :-o . This would seem like enough money, however the school where I am going (Embry-Riddle Areonautical University, Daytona Beach, FL) is a private school and the total cost for flight students is 38,000 dollars a year. :-[ . Anyway good luck coming up with the money, the more American pilots we have in the air the better.

I´d a given ya some of my tax return man, but since you AREN´T spending it on beer or pizza, I won´t. lol Seriously though, I already spent it all on springs, pads, a new engine block and some misc. stuff like bondo, sand paper, primer, etc.
Would anyone donate money to me if I asked for some to rebuild my engine? the bigger wads of cash I have laying around the quicker I can get my newly acquired 1.8 cleaned, rebuilt, and dropped in my car. I´m sure you all would like to see a newly built 2.0 with a balanced crank, new pistons, cams, lifters, and new everything else with an IHI RB5 turbo out on the road pushing 250 hp/250 lb ft torque. I know I´d like to see that sometime soon ;-)

Well I guess it´s the thought that counts, and I sure am glad all you guys are thinking about me. But if you sent the money with a note saying spend this on beer and pizza only, I would do as you wish ;-)
I got the idea to do this one day when I saw a bum sitting on a street corner. I thought to myself.... Dude those people make decent money standing on a corner with a sign, and we all know that they are only gunna spend the money on alcohol, cigarettes, and/or drugs, thats the reason most of them are homeless in the first place, so why can´t an upstanding fellow like myself be able to raise money the same way. I just figured instead of a street corner I would try to bum money online. But if it doesn´t work too well, I might have to go to a street corner to advertise. I need about $50k to cover the tuition at my school. The awsome part about this school is that after 10 months they will hire me on as a flight instructor at the school. And when that happens I´ll be able to aford the $50k. Problem is I have to have the $50k first. Already haveing two student loans out that have yet to be paid on you can see why I´m trying to steer clear of the loan biz this go round. Why couldn´t I have come up with this idea years ago. I´ve ALWAYS wanted to be a pilot, just never thought of making a career out of it till now. OH well wish me luck every one, and remember I may be flying you some where some day, so keep your eyes out for me.

Pimp: I used my refund on my wisdom teeth surgery...but you can have the teeth that came out. ;-) Glad to see your going for your commercial pilots license. My dad flies as a Corporate pilot and loves it. He makes real good money and travels to some coold places....like the Bahamas, Florida...the Bahamas again. ;-) As soon as I get my bills caught up, I´m going to finish up license. Can´t wait to start flying again.

This is why I love you guys so much. I really didn´t expect any "razoos" from any one here, Just trying to get my site public. If this were a BMW forum I might think I´d see a few donations, but I know owning an Escort is an investment in itself. The Merry Poppins was classic. I busted a gut.
