The stop screw on the side of the throttle body.

Most are not adjustable

IF your idle is low, you probably need to be looking at your idle air control valve on top of the throttle body

Or the throttle position sensor.

Is there any adjustments that can be made on the air idle miture or the throttle position control? I just priced them both at pep boys $449.00 for the AIM and $143 for the TPC. If there is an adjustment on either, I like to try that first.

The TPS is a set/fixed calibration on the escorts and really needs no attention unless the voltage (when checked by a multi testor) is below or above spec. The IAC valve can be removed and cleaned.

What have you done to the car up to this point?
Plugs, wires, clean the MAF, checked for vacuum leaks, anything? :roll:

Plugs, wires, cap, air cleaner and checked (visually) for vacuum leaks. It idles fine for the first few minutes, then it starts to buck and shake. If you rev it a little it smooths out. At any rpm above idle it runs fine.

I would suspect you have a vacuum leak somewhere - or there is a crack/tear in the large rubber duct running from the air filter housing up to the throttle valve.

Found the problem, The line that goes from the pvc to the intake had an elbow that had a metal liner inside of it that collapsed. It is still a rough idler when it is in gear with your foot on the brake, but it has been since it was new, Thanks for the help guys.
