Sounds like you forgot to change your Blinker Fluid.

Seriously though, I would start checking the wires where they pass through the firewall for any signs of shorts.. and also clean up or replace the negative strap to the battery. Weird things can happen when the grounds aren't clean.

Sounds like your turn signal bulbs are not getting power. Make sure ALL your other bulbs (headlights & taillights, etc.) are working first.

If your fuse keeps blowing you probably have a turn signal power wire shorting to ground between your fuse panel and the bulbs. If your fuse isn't blowing you probably have a broken wire somewhere. Physically look and trace the turn signal wires through your car and look for any places where the wires are missing their insulation (bare copper showing). Maybe a wire is broken off the back of the fuse panel - you gotta hunt for these ones sometimes...

Also clean any rust and dirt from all turn signal electrical connections. This includes the sockets where your bulbs plug into, and electrical connectors, etc. Use a file or sandpaper, connections should be shiny and tight.

Ultimately you may need the help of a rebuild book such as Haynes, etc. Use the electrical schematics and your voltmeter to trace through the turn signal circuit. If you find a component with voltage going in but no voltage coming out that means its probably bad. If you don't have a voltmeter you can hold ground with your fingers and put the wire on your tongue, its only 12volts... :p

Happy hunting.
