Hey all. I want to say that 91-92 has a diffrent corner then the 93-96. Not the mold it self but the bulb socket it self is different.

Will someone please correct me if i am wrong.

the pattern on the corners are different from 91,92's to 93-96, the 91,92's are my favorite they look better IMO. the sockets on the early ones are 4 ticks and the 93-96 are 3 ticks. and the early 91 92's have a moisture vent so they never build up moisture like I said my fav

the 93 through 96 have a frilly looking pattern in the lens or something I can't splain it but yeah they all are interchangeable depending on the look you're after! tracers, escorts, all years from 91 to 96 interchangeable! I just put tracer LTS clears on my car the other day, from a 92 so they fit my style I wanted, FINALLY I found some ha ha in amazing shape!

So I just need to cut the sockets and splice back in the to the wiring.

Which does the tracers have I only found one and didn't feel like pulling it out the day i say it. That and there was only one side.

tracers are exactly the same as escort ones just clear, the 91-92 are the same style as the amber escort ones just clear, same socket pattern, 4 the 93-96 are tracer clear escort amber 3 bulb socket pattern.

direct bolt in if you find the same year range as your scort, if you got a 93 to 96 the tracer 93 to 96 will bolt RIGHT in no hassle at all

And in there lies the problem. Can't seem to find a set that arn't all jacked up or broken.

just buy full clears on eBay, they are cheap enough.

yeah I wanted 6+ months to find one nice set of clears at the junkyard that weren't broken or the wrong years. yeah ebay clears aren't too spensive, like 40 or so, you will love the look!

91-92's use an 1157, the 93-96 use a 3157. The wire colors are the same, easy splice in, that's what I did. I didn't quite nail the ground wire on the driver side though, so occasionally I get the fast blink of dead bulb but it still blinks, haha.
