Turbo vs Swap

I would like to do something to my 91egt to make it a little more intimidating:-D, but i´m not sure what to do. I was thining about a turbo or an engine swap with a v-6 of some sorts. Which one would be more cost efficient and does anyone know of anyone that has done an engine swap? if u can help i´ll appreciate it.
