Check out the Forced Induction here and at EscortRacing.com, use search. You can either use a 84-85 1.6 EXP/GT Turbo, or a Escort RS from the UK.
What year is your 2.0 because 98 and up need a differnt kind of fuel managment.

yes, you will need to change quite a bit of stuff.

you also should go buy the book "Maximum Boost" before you start buying parts.

learn how to read a compressor map, and understand how an internal combustion engine works. That's what i'd get out of the way first.. :)

The 97 motor will bolt/plug in nice in a 96, since there both OBD2. I'm running 6psi to a stock 1.9 with stock ignition, so you should be able to run 6 on the 2.0 also.

yeah!

if you go to erdt(yeah i knwo i go to both boards, i am bias) me freind paul(crankor is his sn name) has a 2.0 in a 93 wagon, with some head work, and running turbo and a haltec, they are still working on the bugs, but he is trying to get to 12-15 psi!
