Do not forget this: That's the risk you were talking with someone else's safety. You weren't the only person in danger in this incident. It doesn't work like, "Oh well that's just the risk I took." The person with whom you collided while running the red light could have been in a small car, on a bicycle, a motorcycle, or even just walking across the street. Maybe instead of remembering to put a fire extinguisher in the proper place that it should be, you should remember to drive in the proper way that you should, so you don't nearly kill yourself or someone else.But you're right, had that thing burst and all two gallons spilled out it would have been enough to make a puddle at least as big as the car, and could have gotten quite ugly. But that's the risk I was taking I guess. Next build I'll be sure to have a fire extinguisher, or maybe I'll just relocate it to the back like the proper way it should be.
