thats really lookin good man. so, where do you shift at when racing. if that were my car, id prolly shift at around 6ish so once you hit the next gear your still in a decent amount of tq. i mean, that stinks cuz id be shifting right at peak hp, but its still like to stay in the tq, cuz if you rev any farther, tq drops off significantly.

i would have expected tq to be more linear. but that is still awesome numbers man. that must be one quick car. you ran13.1 with a 2.16 60 right? im sure in that setup right there you can drive that baby into the 12's.

    beautiful engine bay too.

i shift at about 6800rpm at the strip, and i'm bouncing off the revlimiter in 4th when i come through the traps :p.

the torque band will improve when i get the ignition map tuned and lean it out a bit up top... its running WAY to rich at high rpms in full boost right now... high 10's AFR.

i too think i can run it into the 12's with this setup... gonna try again on saturday :). i upgraded the MS code on sunday and it runs a lot smoother, except for a stalling problem related to the decel fuel cut. but anyway it is WAY smoother at high rpm so i can confidently lean it out a bit for some extra power ;).

    good luck jeff!

thanks. the exhaust is 3" mandrel bent, magnaflow cat, and magnaflow xlperformance oval body muffler. sounds nearly identical to jeff's corksport exhaust, just a little deeper.

different jeff... i'm talking about trailrider098 who i know IRL lol.

i got the DVD with the drag vids on it last night, but my DVD drive wont read it for some reason. from what i can find its because its a new 12x DVD and old drives have issues with them... and my drive is 6 or so years old.

gonna try to rip it at my grandparents house tonight, their computer is almost brand new.

that was supposed to get replaced with a stainless steel pipe that was leftover from building my downpipe but mike forgot to send it back. i'll replaace it with aluminum this winter probably, and actually add a bend to put the filter down in the fender. right now it sucks a lot of hot air.
