I just got a friend to mig weld new floor in for me so now I am laying down the new insulation. Should I go all the way to the back end or cut it at where the back seats end? I was hoping to double up on the foot areas for toughness and possibly insulate around the auto-seatbelt system that runs along the sides of the back end.

I would say roll your insulation out in the back end too. Sound deadening is sound deadening, if you are getting yourself a fancy new floor, and you have everything out now as it is, may as well take your time putting it back together and make everything as nice as you can.

It is done. Other then the fact that I don't know where some screws attach to the floor for the panels, it will be worth it. Thanks for the opinion.
