I fixed my scort and now the new timing belt is jumpin on one side of the toothed pulley between the tensioner and the crankshaft. I think that is the water pump?....but, it is in the grooves on the down stroke side, but the other side the grooves arent lined up and it jumps and makes a noise, but the belt also barely hits this pulley on that side. Is this the way the belt is supposed to be routed?....im pretty sure it is like the old one was. Any ideas on how to cure this problem?
