Now that thats out of my system...

The routing for the timing belt is as follows:
Starting at the top ot the Cam pully and going clockwise (to the right) the belt should make a straight line down to the crank pulley, then around the crank pullystraight up to the water pump. It should then bend to the right around the water pump, and then the flat side should bend back to the left around the tensioner pulley. After that it should go strait back to the cam pulley.

Double check that both tesioner bolts are tight. I know the left one is a bugger to get to, but do what you can with an open end wrench. Also try aplying a little extra tention on the tentioned before you start to tighten the bolts.
