Budweiser is my beer of choice.. sometimes Michelob, or Mich Light/Miller Lite if I'm drinking light beer. In the Michigan area we get a couple good craft beers, Bell's is a great company(Oberon!) and Leinenkugel's also makes some really good beer. Leinenkugel Sunset Wheat is one of the best summer beers of all time. Also, Newcastle when the bar has it(all of this preferably on tap of course!)
I work at a bar, and I usually end up opening Saturdays and Sundays. So Saturday, I'll get out of work around 6, end up getting super drunk since all I have to do is walk to the other side of the bar, and go to work Sunday either SUPER hungover or still drunk. Good thing I have an hour to get things started on Sunday since you can't serve until after noon on Sunday :D

I tried Grasshopper beer. It's a wheat beer and it was good! If anyone is around Toronto, on the Esplanade, there's a restaurant/bar called Biermarket. It's great! Beers only from microbreweries and such from aroung the world. No Molson, Labatts, etc....

i got hooked on Kirin Ichiban back when i was 16 living in japan, just walk to the vending machine 2 blocks away, $2.50 for a 1000 ml can, couple of those is all you need.

anyone here besides me like Lone Star? very good beer for the price, i think about 12 bucks a case... i always see fools in line at h.e.b. grabbing like 4 cases of bud or miller when they could have gottn the lonestar and saved 10 bucks... its a better beer too

Lone Star isn't bad, it beats coors light, bud light hands down. I would even venture to say Miller Lite as well.

I was at the Dogfish head brewery this summer in Rehobeth. What a GREAT beer and neat place to eat and have a few cold ones. You've got good taste in beer buddy!

Have you clowns ever even seen a dogfish's head?

They're even uglier than Daisy. Any beer named after a dogfish's head should be avoided like the plague.

It's actually really tasty, despite the screwy name. Not sure if they import up there to Canadaland, but if they do it's definitely worth trying.

^Don't take it personally. Mr. Lowandmoist is our resident jokester. He's always calling us clowns, bastards, nimrods... you name it. But it's all in good fun (I think...).
