I have no idea what you mean by that.........
if you're talking about the gauge faces, and the distance from the 6-7 rpm mark being larger than the other marks (i.e. 5-6, 4-5, etc.), then no. I've got copies of the templates, I measured them, and they're exactly the same. I'd take pictures, but I don't have a camera cause I'm on welfare.

since it's red, it's probably an optical illusion whoooOOOOOOoooooaaaAAAaahhh...... 8O

let me explain:
red (being a darker color on the spectrum), when next to (a brighter color) white, won't stand out as much as the brighter color will. hence the optical illusion im referring to on all of our tachometers.
am i the only person who reads the posters and signs at the optomeritrist's office??
