Any ideas why my A/C is gathering condensation around the blower moter up under the dash on the passanger side and leaking badly on my carpet? I have had the drain tube cleaned out. What next?

Sure it's not coolant? The heater core is in that general area, and usually when it leaks, it leaks into the passenger floorboard.

Don't think it is. When I look up under the dash the whole black box where the blower motor mounts to is sweating profusely and all those droplets drip down onto the carpet. This only occurs when I am running the A/C. The blower sounds like there is water being swished around and it is straining a bit. Where is all this water coming from? It should be dripping out the condensation hole on the other side of the firewall but very little comes out. Thinking this hole was plugged, a mechanic hooked his shop vac up to this hole and sucked out approx 1 gallon of water. It didn't appear anything was clogging this hole. Any other ideas? Sure appreciate the help!

If it is for sure AC condensation, It's not going out the drain. Those things get clogged. The water collects in the bottom of the heater box until it finds a hole to pour out of. Look for a limp d!ck looking rubber spout thing in the engine bay, on the firewall. Shove a screwdriver or something in it to clear it out.
