I put a set of Pro Eibachs on my 94 GT today at my school, and we installed them right. But when all was back together, there was about a quarter-half inch of room between my factory tire (205/60 R15) and the bottom seat cup to the strut. They don´t rub unless I hit a big bump, and they don´t rub when I turn. But my major question is, does anyone know if my (soon to be on) 205/40 R17x7 wheels and tires will fit? I´m really not sure. They might fit up and down because it is almost the same size because of the low pro tires, but I don´t think they will fit depth to the inside because they are 7´s. Any help is great.

7"s will be fine, depending on the wheels offset. Put 7 wides on my 91GT, the wheels were offset outwards, so the tires run closer to the fender lip, which looks better, and leaves enough clearance on the backside. But as far as knowing if your particular set will fit, you´ll just have to try em out.

I believe 2nd gen EGTs have 38 mm offset, which means outward..."positive offset" is pretty much the most used, so it´s just called "offset", and you only will have to say negative offset, or none if the wheel is parallel to the wheel mounts.

Haha...no no no. I dont have a cosworth. I have a US GT, with some Cosworth mix parts and look alike parts and when I´m, done, it´s gonna look like a Cosworth. Hence UKGT. I´ve even got a British plate from a real junker from Britain...and the PA plate matches exactly. Nice mod for only 20 bucks.
