i know someone who is selling brand new tokico struts with suspension tech lowering springs for $200. i know tokico is a good company or so ive heard but ive never heard of suspension tech.

anyone know whats good/bad about them?

and also they are going on a 1993 gt

It's Suspension Techniques. That might help you out a bit. Good company. More known for their swaybars.

For $200, that's a great deal, by the way. I'd jump all over that.

It won't lower THAT much.... maybe an inch and a half at most, but it'll help.

I need to ditch the suspension on mine right now... it's an inch and a half lower, and it's not enough. :D

lol the guy says it lowered his escort 2 inches but them he tranny went so he needs money.

and aslong as i feel a LITTLE closer to the ground that okay.

I lowered my GT 1.8" with Intrax springs and installed the Suspension Techniques sway bar kit. The sway bar kit for the 2nd gen, has an additional bar for the front and a stout rear bar. The handling and response in mine are fantastic. It's a bumpy ride here in Rockford, but I would never change back to stock for sure.
