She'll be getting a drop very soon, I did the tint this spring, and after the tint that was my next project. Going with the Megan racing setup, mostly for the look...not too concerned with ride quality...

Im from Caribou lol...born and raised, maybe thats whats wrong with me?

Like I said, flame all ya want, I like my car. :)

The exhaust? Lol, I have no idea what the muffler is, I got it from a friend and welded it on, it's 2.25" from the cat back to that muffler. 3" Tip, Straight thru muffler.

Lol, See, these posts are why I don't post too much on here anymore. All you guys want to do is flame, I've been around these forums for years, owned 8 different Escorts(or Tracers...) and done more work on these cars than most of you combined (and no Neuman, Im not talking about you lol...hell your shift boot from the red GT is in that car.), I've got ATX/MTX swaps under my belt, engine swaps of all kinds, about the only things I havent done are boost and work on GT's. But boost is coming soon enough...

It's not like what I say here will matter, but why don't you guys try and learn from the people that have done work, rather than flame them for their own taste? I drive it, you don't...so what's it matter if it's got a Celica TRD wing, or a bra covering up some nasty paint chips, or its not lowered yet?

If you read the post I live in Caribou Maine. The roads up here are definately not all that great and that's why I never lowered it...yet. It was a DD for 2 years, so I didnt want to sacrifice the ride or the quality of traction in the snow. But now its a summer car, and a lot of things will be done to it...

As for now, I have a fiberglass hood im going to be picking up this month (there goes the scoop and the bra), lowering kit from Megan Racing, and EGT skirts. After those things are done I'd like to have it all painted again, and probably start boosting it. And yes, it will be done, these arent just pipe dreams, this car has come along way, and I've had to do it all twice. As well as be a dad. And work everyday. :) I like my car just the way it is, but I will always be changing something with it.

I do notice a trend. If it doesn't look JUST LIKE the next guys, it's rice. Now that's cool. :)

Now do you notice a trend with my car? Granted...it may or may not have things in common with Justin's car (red97lxscort) BUT they are minor things, and things I had before I ever knew of his car, more coincidence than anything. Now that's why I have a completely one of a kind bumper, and Im getting the hood that I am...because I've never seen any other ones like it...it's different. Like I said before, if you don't like it, sorry...you don't have to drive it, or even see it going down the road. So? I could understand if the car had a big ole' carbon fiber park bench or something lame, but its really not that bad of a wing, and it's not something I went out and picked out, I found it and got it very cheap. A little big for the body kit, yes. But still, not bad...if I went with a Buddy Club I bet it would look 100 times better...but I don't have a Buddy Club, duno if I want to get one. I just wanna lower mine and finish the kit and see how it looks then...

Hood is this one...

I am starting to realize that the "rice" labeling of a car a lot of times has to do with there being too much going on visually, like your hood. I like the car with that hood you are getting. The hood, drop, and skirts will make it look better.

I understand that. I realize I shouldnt have put the wing and kit and wheels on without lowering it, it does look funny...I just had my reasons for doing things the way I did...it'll all come together eventually. I already have the skirts, getting the hood later this month, and I gotta order the springs.
