i walked out to my car thismorning...and my door is open. i was like holy s*it and i looked in my hatch. my two tens are missing...my car smells like smoke and no alarm went off...by time i get back from making the quick drop off i tell my mom...now im lucky that no windows were broken. no locks were popped. so to finish this up JUST the subs were stolen. they were crappy 10" IMPP pioneers and some cheap arse 300 watt amp. they didnt take the radio, or my change (for the tolls). Summing this all up i live in a town filled with retards :wink: this also made me mad :twisted: :twisted: now i HAVE NO BASS :x ....until next week when i get my bros old system

That sucks Seth. Good thing they didn't take your deck though. when my cds got stolen my deck wasn't even anchored in my car, and my face plate was on it too.

Ouch, that sucks. At least nothing on the car was broken. Vandals and thieves - the two lowest forms of life. Keep you eyes open around the neighborhood for a car that suddenly has bass now.

well i trust alarms....but only certain ones....if u take a stun gun and slap it to the frame, it will short the alarm and the car out for a lil while....that might have been what they did to ur car...stun guns are cheap tools and can be easily accessed.

Alarms have never done much for me. To much of the time they are a false and that makes people ignore them when it matters. Now a hungry pit bull inside the car is an entirely different story...

The only kind of alarms I trust are ones that don't depend on your neighbors caring about the siren going off. I have one of the 2-way alarms, rigged into the mercury switch that powers the light under my hood, the door pins, the hatch pin, and a shock sensor. No sirens at all - it just pages me when someone's messing with my car, and I walk out with a 16oz T-ball bat. I find it to be very effective.

Yeah im worried im gonna get the little pagey thing going off and im gonna run out there and beat whoever is touching my car up and end up in jail i have a slight temper and self control problem

i thought about the two way system...either
A.) you run out and raise some hell :twisted:
B.) you run out to get mugged by the people trying to steal your car :x
c.) you run out just in time to watch them pull away
d.) they get you and take your keys.

but those are my sceptic thoughts

Its just not the same in this day and age its not worth it to raise some hell you go out there and find someone messing with your car you push them they fall and crack open there head or something even tho there the criminal your still screwed and you end up becoming the criminal while they become the victim :evil:
