Ok so I WAS going to change my air filter today, but after i pulled it out, it really didn´t look all that bad, it was only slightly dirty, so i put it back in. Well, as i was doing that I dropped the adaptor for my wrench below the intake box. F*&( &@#! [email protected]# #*@( !!!!!!!!!! Damnit hehe So I decided to search for it, well, I had to try to take out the ENTIRE box to do so, well I got the clamps off the intake tube and the three bolts off the box, but still couldn´t move it but 3 inches up. Well, now I know that there´s a second tube that goes from under the airbox to the sidewall right behind the corner lamp, when I pulled the airbox up, the bottom came out of the tip of that tube... again F*&( &@#! [email protected]# #*@( !!!!!!!!!!
It took me 10 minutes just to get the two stupid tubes lined up and slid into each other. So take a word of advice from me: DON´T take your airbox out unless you´re planning on putting a cold air extension in... it´s a pain.
Oh, and I never did find that stupid adaptor, I´ll see if it fell onto the driveway later, but I still think it´s in a cubby under the airbox somewhere.

just slide under the car, and look around the bumper and see if it fell into the "fold" of the bumper... cances are you´ll see it.

I hope to cut out the bottom of my airbox and put in a K&N filter, but I´m not sure if I´m supposed to physically dremel out the entire bottom part of the box...

Yeah ithought about getting under the car but the driveway was wet and full of leaves, and I didn´t have my tools with me, I have a small magnet in my tool pouch, but I had my intake apart so i couldn´t go get it. If it´s still in there, I´ll come out when I get my air intake.
