man im comming of the hw today nuthing unusual , as i decelerate for the offramp my car kills itself im like uhh ok then restart. when i get hope and turn the radio off i notice it clicking like madd. so i pulled in garge and pulled valve cover off . poke around a little then i put together and start same thing clicking and ideling really ruff. i pull apart again and pull off rockers and check the cam and a lifter was stuck. comes to my attention that a lifter had "mushroomed" and lodged itself in its area . ate my cam to nuthing. now i need lifters and a new cam. :-( . ordered parts 200$ hopefully this doesnt happen for a looooonnng time .

dude if you´re going to replace one valve and the cam, you might as well replace all your valves at the same time. otherwise it could happen again.
Hey set my scort on top of the second one when they go off the cliff. Hmm, list of things? clutch, tranny, pilot bearing, brakes, now it´s dead in need of a new head or head gasket (could be either one). Yah, I´ll gladly let mine go off a cliff with yours. (o:
