i have an 1989 egt and i wanted to get some 94 gt rims or cosworth rims . do they fit or are the bolt patterns different?

No the 94 rims will not fit they are mazda spec 4on100mm if i remember correctly.However the first gen scorts share bolt pattern with tempo/topaz, mustang/capri,tbird/cougar linx/xr3 or even an exp and there are more in the family. You just have to watch the off set and make sure you don´t chew up your tread or your fenders/q panels it´s much less painful to get it right so pay attention.I had a tire shop put the right wheel with the wrong off set on mine and it killed the rear tires within a few blocks.Good luck!
