    hi i have a 98 escort zx2 with stock cd changer and i would like to hook up a amp and sub to the stock radio. can anyone help me out on how to do so and thanks

    the setup you describe already uses an amp. Use this connection to install a different amp

    get the PAC LP7-2 LOC. it will allow you to retain the factory radio and expand. it will also allow you a remote trigger in the rear so no need to run a 12v switched from the front of the car.
