I have a borla muffler sitting around.

Rather than paying the welder across the street who is going to rip me for $40 just to put it on...i was wondering if the stock one is held in by a clamp and if it is removable.

Thanks for the help as I could use my measly few post child support dollars on other parts of the car.

Well If i get what you are talking about, the stock exhaust is all one pipe from the cat back. When Did mine I used a sawzall to cut it off right after the rear axle. Than I used pipe clamps and exhaust tubing to connect the exhaust to the pipe. I got it done right a little while later, with a 2 1/4 pipe from the cat back now all welded together as one so it don´t leak and i get the maximum performance from it.
When I figure out if i am keeping this scort or getting a newer one I am gonna run duals on it.
