quick (hopefully) question for all you guys, ...
what's involved in altering the steering ratio? id like less turns lock to lock. not a DRASTIC change, just like 3/4 turn, or so.
any suggestions?

What ride do you have, Sky? I have done the deed on my '92 GT and LOVE IT!! The stock ratio is 17:1 (3.1 turns lock-to-lock, I believe), and now it is 15:1 (2.75 turns, or so). I can't tell you how much I enjoy it. If you need details, drop me a line.

WOOHOO!!! i have a 92 lx (manual). this is the best day of my life. i dont have a working email right now, but ill keep posting to the forum, and ill mail you as soon as i get a new email account set up.
was that a fairly hard mod? it seems like it would be.

The R/P out of a MX-3 GS (I think) is the one with the tighter ratio.
