Of course, not much to post right now, but with time and money, she'll be beast!

The night I brought her home, sitting on the spare.

Next to what she replaced, my old 1985 Toyota Supra, too much money into it, and still too many problems, was stressin me out into depression, so she had to go!

No more donut! She looks good.

Solarwing purchased from jd_91pony. Fitment wasn't as good as I had hoped, and I should have found a different way to mount, but that thing _isn't_ coming off! haha.

Looks good. You had fitment issues with the Solarwing? I've wanted one for quite a while but not if it doesn't fit right. Is it actually an Escort Solarwing?

Thanks nezwick (I'm sure I'll catch your name sometime soon), means a lot coming from you! I wish I had junkyard luck like you do, haha! The solarwing fit, it just wasn't as flush as I had hoped, I'd say it's about a 97-98% fit. I might get around to taking close up pics of it tonight when I get off work

It passed emissions today with flying colors! No new pictures, but figured it was worth an update.

Awesome! I'm really glad I don't have emissions testing where I live.

BTW each time I see a GT with the early style side skirts, I want more and more to swap to that style on my car. It would be more correct for the '91.

What size tires are those - they look kinda big.

Hooray for another update. But a bad one. Tried to replace a coolant hose, the one that goes from the rear of the block to the oil filter, I'll assume some sort of oil cooler? I just can't get it, and I have the car torn apart to the point of no return. Seems like it would be easiest to just pull the damn motor for this one silly hose.

But the tires are 195/60's They will be replaced with 205/50's sometime in the near future.

Nice man, clean as hell! My friend had a supra, same generation. Same thing, it had alot of problems, then the diff went and he scraped it. Same thing happen to yours?

Updates, I spray painted the orange reflector and turn signals using VHT niteshade. I need a new middle piece since the first can I got didn't spray, it just shot out and kinda ruined it. AND, I got a shiny new intake pipe and cone filter. It sounds so much more throaty now and revs up quite a bit quicker. Haven't taken it out for a seat of the pants dyno, but I'm sure it will be better.

Weapon R intake right? I have one for the 1.9L, but is is the tube part only, and I like it so far.

Have a 4-2-1 Pacesetter on it's way tomorrow in the am, pretty excited about that.

Clear corners! Had to rewire for the 93+ plugs, which I didn't mind and it was straight forward. The wire colors were the same, which I wasn't expecting.

Bulbs are mismatched, will be taking care of that later.

lookin good man, keep it clean and don't rice it out by putting a fart cannon on it or taking out the passenger seat or anything silly like that... and especially don't buy a probe and rice it out.

lol well some people have a choice between no exhaust whatsoever or a fart cannon they have lying around the house then the people on here make fun of them for it, but it's not their fault it's there, or that they can fit their shoe in the outlet. :lmao:
