What's with shoe manufacturers these days and putting crazy long laces on their shoes? I was driving to work this morning and my shoelace looped my clutch pedal and literally tied my foot in a position where I could not reach the clutch! Right-foot clutching in heavy stop&go traffic while trying to pull your left foot out from beside/under the clutch pedal makes for a very unfun commute. This combined with my inability to find a comfortable pair of shoes since my old pair of Piloti DTM's wore out has finally convinced me to drop the $125 and get another pair ASAP. So... anyone else nearly killed by footwear recently?
