Ok I need the part that connects the Steering column to the Steering rack on a Manual Steering Pony. It is a universal joint that has a star shaped hole to accept the input shaft on the rack and has a shaft that looks like this ( ) that goes into another universal joint. I just need the lower joint. Thank you.

    P.S.
    Here are pictures to explain.

Ok the piece on the right is what the old power steering rack that came out of my GT had. The piece on the left is what I need the part to have.

[IMG] This is the upper shaft on the part that comes on the escort and is the correct upper shaft for the part I need. The part that I pulled in the picture above came off of a 323 and has the wrong upper shaft and will not work.

[IMG] This is overall what the part looks like as a whole with the upper shaft on the left and the universal joint on the bottom.

it shouldnt matter, the part he needs can be found on any escort/pony 91-96 WITHOUT power steering.
