Push back of seat down, unbold the 3 brackets holding the 2 sections down.
Pull back of seat out.
Look under the front of the bottom section.
I still don't know the secret of those 2 "clips", but if you yank (on the seat) enough, they'll come out. Although, I know there's an easier way.
