On my mother´s 95 LX wagon, the Yokohama Avid Touring tires need to be rotated. I need a complete description on how to rotate the tires and the proper method of tightening the lug nuts once they are rotated.

Well,

When rotating tires on a front drive vehicle, without directional tires, its easiest to do it thisway

Take your Left front tire, swap it with your right rear. Take your Right front and swap it with Left rear. Easy enough.

For lugs I don´t know the torque spec. but there is a torquing pattern. Here goes another drawing.

Just tighten the lugs not to spec, in a cris cross pattern, then when they are all tight, torque them in the same manner. Hopefully this will help you.
