Resonator-octomy

I don´t know if you guys have really looked at this, and maybe some of you have done it. I was looking around teamZx2.com, and under the mods, there is a section under the acceleration that says removing the resonator will give you a great gain in horsepower. I tried it last night, and I noticed a HUGE horsepower gain, and I only removed the lower one. It took about 20 minutes, and was really easy. Have any of you guys tried this?

Yup, I have, I didn´t notice too much of a change, but I suspect I will once I get a better air filter (K&N seems to be the best from what I´ve heard). Another thing I like is the deep throaty sound my car now has.
The resonator, a.k.a. the silencer. It´s before your intake box and quiets the air coming into the intake manifold, but it also severely restricts airflow.
Well, when you remove the resonator, reset your ECU, it´s not hard, and it helps.
