Has anyone replaced the sun visors in their Escorts?
Mine have fallen apart to the point where there's not
enough tension to keep the visor lights off when the
mirror is not in use.

Besides trying to find replacements at a salvage yard,
can anyone recommend a vendor to seek
replacements from?

you say there's not enough tension to keep that lil' button pushed in to turn off the light in the visor? my suggestion is go to home depot ot target or something and spend $.49 on a 12-pack of those little rubber pieces that have adhesive on the bottom that people use to put under random objects to not scuff their wooden furniture. those are stiff enough and would adhere rather well to the fabric... as long as if it's 3M.

Junk yard has tons of them. Hard part is finding ones that aren't wrecked, missing, the wrong color, having cigarette burns in them, or just too damm dirty for you to want them. For some reason a lot of them were missing the drivers side one.
