I'm replacing the clutch master cylinder and I removed one bolt from the firewall from inside the engine bay. I have to remove the other bolt that goes inside the firewall. I looked underneath by the clutch pedal and I don't see the stud and bolt. Where exactly is the bolt located? I'm looking and I don't see it at all. Is it underneath the rubber mat?

Near the top of your clutch pedal you'll see a small rod that goes from the pedal towards the firewall. The end of this rod connects with the master and is what activates it. You can't miss the bolt once you follow that back, it's about half an inch northwest.
