well, first you need to remove the corner lights, headlights, grill.

now on each side of the bumper, about where the headlights uset be, there are 3 bolts. 1 bold on the inside, and 2 on the out side. take those 6 bolts out, and pull on the bumper hard, it will come off.

Well with a 95 you have airbags, you are goin to have to disconnect the battery and wait a couple minutes. Then you must remove both turn signal housings (2 screws each). Next you must remove the grille ther should be one screw on the top and then there are 4 clips that you must unclip. After that you will see 4bolts for each headlight 2 behind the grille and the other 2 will be located right where the turn signal housing was. Remove those. After removing those things you can look down behind the bumper you will see 2-4 bolts on each side that are mounted to the frame undo those. Next you will want to slide the bumper foward away from the car. You may won´t a 2nd person to help with the sliding because you are pulling the bumper of its tracks that are on both sides of the car.

Installation is the oppsite of this but when you are putting it back on remember you have the track align bolts for the bumper that you must bend the bumpers sides in so that they will slide over it that is why you might need another person to help get the other side on its track once it is on its tracks you then car rebolt the bumper the headlights the grille and the turn signals and connect the battery back up. Let the car run for like 10 minutes with out touching the gas so the ECU can relearn and then your good to go.
