depending where ya go / what ya like, rims aren´t always uber expensive, especially if you don´t mind not having 18, 19" chromeplated 3 times over kinda deal. my rims that are in my showcase pics cost the same as the tires around them (about $500 Can, $350 US) and darned if they don´t look nice! sure they´re the same size as my stock 7-spoke, but that means i can keep my old rubbers ;-) :-]

though re-finishing/painting stock rims IS significantly cheaper...
